What are the age requirements?

Renters must be at least 21 years old. Drivers aged 21–24 are subject to a daily young driver surcharge, which is shown at checkout.

What do I need to bring at pickup?

Bring a valid driver's license, a way to pay any remaining balance and the refundable security deposit due at pickup (card, cash, Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay), and proof of insurance if you have your own coverage. We'll also take photos of the vehicle condition before you leave.

Can I rent a car for Uber or Lyft?

Yes. We rent to rideshare and delivery drivers on weekly flat rates with unlimited mileage. Let us know during screening that you drive for a rideshare platform so we can match you with an eligible vehicle.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price shown is the price you pay. We list every applicable charge — deposit, young driver fee, insurance — before you confirm. Nothing is added at pickup.

How does the deposit work?

A deposit is charged at booking and applied toward your total rental cost. The remaining balance is collected at pickup.

Is there a discount for longer rentals?

We value long-term renters and want to reward the commitment — renters who keep a rental going for 4 weeks or more may be offered a loyalty discount. Reach out to us to discuss your rate.

What is the fuel policy?

Vehicles go out at a quarter tank and must be returned at a quarter tank or above. Returning below a quarter tank incurs an $85 refueling fee charged after return.

What if I need to extend my rental?

Contact us as soon as you know you need more time. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and the current daily rate. Additional charges are collected at that time.

What happens if I return the car late?

A $25 per day (or partial day) late return fee applies to any return after your scheduled dropoff date. We recommend contacting us in advance if you need more time.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 1 hour before your scheduled pickup time receive a full refund of the booking deposit. If you cancel within 1 hour of pickup, or do not show up, the booking deposit is forfeited.
